PATHWAYS Program

The Pathways Program is a specialized vocational and independence-building program for neurodivergent learners aged 13–18. It equips students with practical skills, emotional resilience, and real-world work exposure so they can transition into adulthood with confidence and purpose.

The Outcome

Every graduate leaves Pathways with:

Program Structure

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Intake: Year-round

  • Age Group: Age 13 ~ age 18 

  • Fees: Based on support and materials

Entrepreneurship & Gig Economy Readiness

Pathways prepares students to participate in supported micro-business ventures, including:

  • Selling agricultural produce

  • Baking or culinary products

  • Digital design or simple automation services

Life skill & Independence training

  • Students develop essential skills, including:

  • Financial literacy

  • Social communication for workplace success

  • Emotional regulation strategies

  • Personal responsibility & routines

Real world Exposure

Hands-on experience is gained through:

  • Partnerships with local businesses

  • Café simulation training

  • Supported vocational placements
