IGNITE PROGRAM

The Ignite Program is a foundational learning and development program for neurodivergent children aged 7 to 12, designed to build early competence in life skills, communication, emotional regulation, and academic readiness. It also lays the core foundations for progression into one of three specialized vocational pathways: Digital Technology, Culinary, or Agriculture, as part of the Pathways program for ages 13–18.

Who is this PROGRAM for?

Ignite is designed for children who:

  • Are aged 6 to 12

  • Are neurodivergent (Autism, ADHD, GDD, Dyslexia, etc.)

  • Are verbal or non-verbal (with AAC/gesture-based communication)

  • Can function in a structured, small-group learning environment

  • Require a blend of academic support and functional life learning

Core Objectives

  1. Build functional life skills for personal independence

  2. Develop communication and social interaction abilities

  3. Strengthen emotional regulation and interpersonal awareness

  4. Establish academic readiness in language, math, and science through functional application

  5. Introduce early vocational experiences that align with future Pathways:

    • Digital Technology

    • Culinary & Baking

    • Agriculture & Sustainability

Transition
